Privacy Policy
Short version, in the club's own voice: we ask for very little, we keep it briefly, and we never sell it. Here's the longer read for when you want the detail.
What we collect
When you fill in the booking form, you share a name, an email address, a date, a chosen zone, and a pace. That's the whole list. We use it to hold your station and to reply about your visit — nothing else. We don't ask for payment details through this site, and we'd rather you never sent them to us here.
Cookies
We store one small preference cookie so the site remembers you have already seen and accepted our cookie notice. It carries no personal detail and follows you nowhere. If your browser blocks cookies, the same preference is kept locally on your device instead, and the site works exactly the same. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts loaded on these pages.
How we use your booking details
Booking information is written to a simple internal record so the front desk knows a seat is spoken for. We contact you only about the booking itself. We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking, and we do not pass your details to anyone outside the club.
How long we keep it
We hold booking records only as long as they're useful for running the club and sorting out any follow-up about your visit, then we clear them. If you'd like your details removed sooner, ask us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us with the contact details in the footer below and a real person will get back to you at a calm, human pace.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we'll update this page. Since we deliberately collect so little, we don't expect the changes to be dramatic. Checking back now and then is enough.
